Appointments are for one person only, unless a Duo or Group Reading has been arranged
We reserve the right to decline a request for an appointment or group reading at any time
We reserve the right to decline a request for an appointment where the appointment has been arranged for someone else without their knowledge
We reserve the right to decline any modification of the appointment, including but not limited to requesting a change of client, time, location 
We reserved the right to terminate a reading (whether in person, via phone, or online) if deemed in the best interests of either/all party
We can not guarantee contact with any particular spirit person

Cancellation and Refund Policy
No refunds for appointments that have been completed
No refunds for no-shows 
No refunds for late arrivals (10 minute buffer if running late and you have advised that you are running late - after 10 minutes the booking will be treated as a no-show)
No refunds for Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice
For requests to cancel an modified* appointment with more than 48 hours notice (that is, where an original booking was made), but where the original appointment was rescheduled within the original 48 hour window, a 50% charge will apply
For bookings that have been modified three times, we reserve the right to object to further modification, and cancel the appointment - a 50% charge may apply
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel (with refund) your appointment due to circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavor to provide alternative times to you and will require your prompt reply within 7 days or before the original appointment time and date (whichever occurs first)

 This includes (but is not limited to):

• loss of profits, revenue, or sales

• loss of goodwill or business reputation

• business interruption or downtime

• loss of expected savings

• loss of opportunities

• loss of use of any content or data

These limitations apply regardless of how the claim arises—whether in contract, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or any other legal basis—even if the Operator has been advised that such loss could occur.

To the extent permitted by Australian law, the total liability of the Operator and its related parties for any claim connected with the use of the services will be limited to the total amount paid by you to the Operator in the one-month period immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator., its related bodies corporate, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of or in connection with:

your use of the Website or Services;
your breach of this Agreement; or

your infringement of the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this Website or our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any updates or changes we may make from time to time.
